    We try our best to display product details, descriptions, and images accurately.
    However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

    3. Orders & Confirmation

    After placing an order, you may receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message from our team.
    XOGO MART reserves the right to cancel any order if:

    • The phone number is unreachable
    • The address is incomplete or incorrect
    • The order appears fake or suspicious

    4. Pricing

    All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
    We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

    5. Cash on Delivery

    We provide Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan.
    Customers are required to make full payment to the courier at the time of delivery.

    Courier companies do not allow parcel opening before payment.

    6. Shipping & Delivery

    Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues.

    We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

    7. Returns & Replacement

    We only offer replacement for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

    Used, damaged by misuse, or incomplete products are not eligible for replacement.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    XOGO MART shall not be held responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including logo, images, text, and graphics, is the property of XOGO MART and may not be copied or reused without permission.
